[English]

This article is based on a review of articles and books published in the field of work and life or work and family from 1971 to 2017, from a broad thematic perspective, research methods and approaches used by researchers. The purpose of editing this article is to explore the paradigm from a perspective of critique of different types in this regard and to help develop the field of theory so that future researchers can see from a perspective that, if necessary, other content related to the collection. Is an ad agency. To do this, the articles were conflicted in two parts, the balance view and the classification perspective. From the broad topic of development, the two concepts of work and life and work and family were examined and from a methodological point of view, it was divided into two parts: quantitative and qualitative research. The dominant view has been the view of conflict in the past, and with the predominance of positive psychology to the concepts related to balance with luck has remained. "Work and family" is a word that has been used more than ever. The current trend is to use titles that include broadly meaning phrases such as work and life.
