Structuring the Executive Cabinet of the Government in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract
The executive branch of the government, is responsible for implementing the country's national policies. The main carrier of government decisions is the cabinet. In this large national decision-making body, each policy area has a minister who manages a body called the ministry. Arrangements must be made to ensure functional harmony, and a beautiful image from the web of national policies be depicted. Although in national programs, a balance between the expected performance of policy areas is sought, an equilibrium is needed to continuously monitor and evaluate the dynamic balance of national policies. It seems that the policy cabinets have not been very successful in achieving this. Designing the executive cabinet of the government can play this important role. In this issue, I will talk about the charactristics of the executive cabinet of the government in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
