Abstract
The most important instrument of governments for governance is public policy. The better the quality of the policies, the better the quality of national governance. Anyway, the governments do not always succeed in establishing well-qualified and timely policies. Accordingly, as “bad decision, indecision, and delayed decision” threatens the country; Adoption of bad public policies, lack of necessary public policies, and delays in adopting appropriate public policies threaten the quality of governance as a cornerstone of governance. In this issue I want to talk about bad policies, lack of necessary policies and delayed policies and their effects.
