چکیده
در نتیجه ظهور بیماری کووید 19، بسیاری از مشکلات روانشناختی در کارکنان ظاهر شده است. سبک رهبری خدمتگزار سبکی حمایتی است که رضایت ارتباطی افراد را افزایش میدهد و رضایت ارتباطی نیز عاملی مهم در کاهش فشارهای روانشناختی است، بنابراین بنظر میرسد عواملی چون انتخاب سبک رهبری خدمتگزار و افزایش روابط اجتماعی بتواند به کاهش چالشهای روانشناختی در کارکنان کمک کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی در رابطه بین رفتارهای رهبری خدمتگزار و افسردگی و اضطراب اجتماعی کارکنان در همهگیری کووید 19 است. روش پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت، توصیفی و ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری، کارکنان مجتمع فولاد استان گیلان به تعداد 419 نفر و تعداد نمونه آماری 221 نفر است که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت تحلیل دادهها، از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بین رهبری خدمتگزار با سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی رابطه مثبت و بین سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی با افسردگی رابطه منفی وجود دارد. همچنین، رهبری خدمتگزار با افسردگی رابطه مستقیم دارد. تحلیل دادهها بیانگر این است که، سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی در رابطه بین رهبری خدمتگزار و افسردگی میانجی جزئی است. همچنین، سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی با اضطراب اجتماعی رابطه منفی دارد. اما، رهبری خدمتگزار با اضطراب اجتماعی، رابطه ندارد. بنابراین، سرمایه اجتماعی شخصی در رابطه بین رهبری خدمتگزار و اضطراب اجتماعی میانجی کامل است. بنابراین میتوان ادعا نمود که سبک رهبری خدمتگزار باعث افزایش تمایل کارکنان به تعامل اجتماعی و کاهش آسیبپذیری روانشناختی در آنها خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]
As a result of Covid-19 pandemic psychological distress occurred worldwide. Servant leadership style is a supportive style that increases communication satisfaction, and communication satisfaction is an important factor in reducing psychological pressures. Therefore, it seems that factors such as choosing a servant leadership style and increasing social relations can help to reduce of psychological challenges. This study aims to investigate the mediation role of personal social capital between servant leadership behaviors and employee depression and social anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an applied and descriptive. Data gathering tool is questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of 419 employees of Ferro Guilan Complex, and the optimal sample was 221. Questionnaires were distributed among the employees using the simple random sampling method. The partial least squares method was used to analyze the data. The results revealed servant leadership behaviors has a positive relationship with personal social capital, and personal social capital has a negative relationship with depression. As well as, servant leadership behaviors has relationship with depression. So, personal social capital has a partial mediator role between servant leadership behaviors and depression. The findings also indicate the personal social capital has a negative relationship with social anxiety. But, servant leadership behaviors has no relationship with social anxiety. So, personal social capital has a full mediator role between servant leadership behaviors and social anxiety. Servant leaders will lead to an increase in employees' desire for social interaction and a decrease in their psychological problems.
