Citizen relationship management is one of the important issues that can have a significant impact on increasing citizens' satisfaction. Although the existing models of citizen relationship management have introduced some dimensions and components, but there are few Islamic researches in this field. Unfortunately we see that those studies have analyzed this issue from the perspective of religious knowledge are so weak in terms of methodology. Therefore, this research has tried to introduce a model to researchers and statesmen based on a specific methodology (Thematic analysis method) regarding the administrative letters found in the noble book of Nahj al-Balagheh, which is a rich source in the field of management issues. The presented model for citizen relationship management has four dimensions: behavioral relationship,The presented model for citizen relationship management has four dimensions: behavioral relationship, verbal relationship, cognitive relationship, and relationship evaluation. Also, a total of 18 components have been designed for this model.
