سبزگرایی در سازمان‌های دولتی؛ بررسی نقش دلبستگی مکانی بر رفتارهای زیست‌محیطی کارکنان با نقش میانجی رفتارهای جانشینی و بازیافتی و تلنگر سبز

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر دلبستگی مکانی بر رفتارهای زیست­محیطی کارکنان با ملاحظۀ نقش میانجی رفتارهای جانشینی و بازیافتی کارکنان و تلنگر سبز است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نوعِ توصیفی است که با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونۀ ­آماری این مطالعه، 189 نفر از کارکنان سازمان محیط­زیست استان سمنان هستند که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده­ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته­ها نشان­ می‌دهد ابزار اندازه‌گیری، از روایی مناسبی برخوردار است و ضریب پایایی آن برای تمام سازه­های پژوهش بیشتر از 0.7 است.­ نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که دلبستگی مکانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای زیست­محیطی کارکنان دارد. همچنین تأثیر مثبت و معناداری میان متغیر­های دلبستگی مکانی و دو متغیر رفتارهای جانشینی و بازیافتی کارکنان و تلنگر سبز وجود دارد. همچنین، رفتارهای جانشینی و بازیافتی کارکنان و تلنگر سبز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای زیست‌محیطی کارکنان دارد. نهایتاً آنکه تلنگر سبز و رفتارهای جانشینی و بازیافتی، نقش میانجی­گری میان دلبستگی مکانی و رفتارهای زیست­محیطی کارکنان ایفا نمی­ کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of place attachment on environmental behavior of employees with the mediating role of alternative and cycle behaviors and green nudge. This research is descriptive, using a survey method. The sample consists of 189 employees in Department of Environment of Semnan Province selected randomly. Partial Least Squares method was used to analyze the data. Findings verify the validity and reliability of research instrument. The reliability coefficient is higher than 0.7 for all research constructs. Results show that place attachment has a positive and significant effect on employees' environmental behaviors. There is also a positive and significant effect of place attachment on variables of alternative and cycle behaviors of employee and green nudge. As well, alternative and cycle behaviors of employee and green nudge have a positive and significant effect on employees' environmental behaviors. Finally, green nudge and alternative and cycle behaviors do not mediate the relationship between place attachment and environmental behaviors of employees.
