تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش مربیگری الکترونیکی با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (مورد مطالعه: سازمان تأمین اجتماعی)

چکیده

با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا در جهان، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات تأثیر زیادی بر جنبه‌های مختلف کسب‌وکار به‌ویژه مدیریت منابع انسانی سازمان‌ها گذاشته است. یکی از وظایف مهم منابع انسانی وظیفه مربی‌گری در سازمان بوده که در عصر کنونی فناوری اطلاعات تأثیر شگرفی بر آن گذاشته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش مربیگری الکترونیکی برای توسعه اثربخش کارکنان در دوران کرونا در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی کشور است. روش پژوهش، با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی اسـت. جامعـه آمـاری ایـن پـژوهش یازده نفر از خبرگـان دانشـگاهی، مـدیران و کارشناسان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی کشور هستند. با بررسی­های صورت گرفته از مرور ادبیات تحقیق، ده عامل تبیین مربیگری الکترونیکی شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از روش مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری در پنج سطح، قرار گرفتند. در ادامه پس از مشخص شدن سطوح هرکدام از عوامل و همچنین با در نظر گرفتن ماتریس در دسترس‌پذیری نهایی، مدل نهایی ساختار تفسیری ترسیم شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل انگیزه استفاده، مشاهده­پذیری، سازگاری و ویژگی­های جمعیت‌شناختی در ارتباط با موضوع مربیگری الکترونیکی در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی نسبت به بقیه عوامل (مزیت نسبی، آزمون‌پذیری، فشارهای ادراک‌شده، خودکارآمدی کامپیوتر، موانع ادراک‌شده و پیچیدگی) از اثرگذاری بیشتری برخوردارند.

Due to the prevalence of Coronavirus diseasein the world, Information and communication technology has had a major impact on various aspects of business, especially on human resource management. One of the important tasks of human resources is coaching in the organization which, in the present era, information technology has had a significant impact on it. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors affecting the acceptance of E-coaching for the effective development of employees during the coronavirus in Social Security Organization of Iran. The methodology is descriptive- survey, based on the nature of research. The population of the study consists of 11 experts, including academic scholars, managers and experts in Social Security Organization. After a comprehensive reviewing of the literature, ten factors identified to explain E-coaching. These factors categorized in five levels using Structural-Interpretive Modeling. Then, after determining the levels of factors and considering the availability of the ultimate matrix, the final model of interpretation was designed. The results show that factors of  using incentives, observability, compatibility, and demographic characteristics related to E-coaching in Social Security Organization are more effective than other factors, i.e. relative advantage, testability, perceived pressures; computer self-efficacy, perceived obstacles, and complexity.
