Ethics is an important issue in the field of human resource management, so that the consequences of paying attention to ethical principles in the organization are positive and have attracted many people. One of the areas that need to pay attention to ethical principles in organizations is the field of human resource management, which has a direct relationship with the organization's employees, so that the existence of ethical human resource management will have a significant impact on the positive results of the organization. Therefore, in the present study, an attempt has been made to obtain ethical principles in the process of human resource management ("recruitment and employment", "training and development", "employee retention" and "actuation"). During the research, by referring to the texts of Nahj al-Balaghah and Ghorar al-Hekam and Dorar al-Kalem, as texts taken from wise phrases of the precious words of Imam Ali (as), an attempt was made to study the right-oriented ethics. Therefore, along the way of research, using logical analysis, the basic principle of ethics was considered "beauty and goodness" and for each of the human resource management processes, a basic principle and axiom were extracted as a basis. Therefore, the result of this research is to achieve the logical principles and axioms on the basis of which the ethical system of human resource management can be defined.
