بررسی سیر تکامل مفهوم مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان و تدوین سناریوهای استقرایی پیش روی آن

چکیده

نگاهی به گذشته نشان می‌دهد که مسئولیت اجتماعی از یک مفهوم جنینی شروع ‌شده و در طول زمان رشد کرده و هویت سازمان‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است، اما همچنان پیرامون برهم‌کنش بین سازمان و جامعه نظرات متناقضی در حوزه نظری و راهبردی سازمانی وجود دارد. در این مقاله برای درک بهتر تاریخچه مسئولیت اجتماعی، ابتدا یک مرور ادبیات نیمه‌سامان‌مند انجام‌شده است تا یک تصویر کلی از سیر تکامل این مفهوم در طول زمان داشته باشیم. سپس با توجه به تواتر مفاهیم در مقالات کلیدی، سه پیشران اصلی حوزه‌ مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان که می‌توانند سازمان‌هایِ آینده را دست‌خوش تغییر کنند شناسایی شدند که شامل «نابرابری»، «تغییرات اقلیمی» و «شکاف جنسیتی» هستند. در گام بعدی سعی کردیم با ترسیم نمودارهای علّی بین این پیشران‌ها و متغیرهای سازمانی و اجتماعی دیگر تصویری از برهم‌کنش بین سازمان و اجتماع در ادبیات این حوزه ارائه دهیم. در گام آخر با توجه به این سه پیشران، سناریوهایی استقرایی- هنجاری از آینده مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان ارائه شد. این سناریوها شامل «سازمان‌های برابری‌جو»، «هم‌حسان با طبیعت» و «سازمان‌های بدون تبعیض جنسیتی» هستند.

Investigating the Evolution of the Concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and Developing Inductive Scenarios

Reviewing the history shows that corporate social responsibility started from an embryonic concept and grew over time and affected the identity of organizations, but there are still conflicting opinions about the dialectic between organization and society in the theoretical and strategic climate of organizations. In this article, for a better understanding of the history of social responsibility, a semi-structured literature review was conducted to have a big picture of the evolution of this concept over time. Then, according to the frequency of concepts in key articles, three main drivers of the domain of corporate social responsibility that can change the organizations in the future were identified. The main drivers are “inequality”, “climate change”, and “gender gap”. In the next step, we tried to present a picture of the dialectic between organization and society in the literature of this field by drawing causal diagrams between these drivers and other organizational and social variables. In the last step, according to these three drivers, inductive-normative scenarios of the future of the organization's social responsibility were presented. These scenarios include “egalitarian organizations”, “the biophilic organization”, and “gender-discriminiation-free organizations”.
